Hi! I’m Chelsea. I’m a queer-identified therapist who works with individuals and couples navigating relationship challenges, attachment wounding, and feelings of disconnection.
I believe therapy is not just about gaining insight, it’s about creating the conditions where change becomes possible. Through our work together, we’ll explore the ways you’ve learned to protect yourself, understand why those responses developed, and create more freedom in how you relate to yourself and others.
I support individuals working through anxiety, shame, self-worth, identity exploration, and dissociation. I also work with couples navigating communication challenges, recurring cycles of conflict, and difficulty feeling seen and understood by one another.
My style is warm, grounded, collaborative, and direct. I draw from person-centered therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Nonviolent Communication (NVC), and mindfulness practices.
As a queer therapist, I value creating an affirming space where clients can explore their identities, relationships, and lived experiences openly and authentically.
Outside of therapy, I enjoy weightlifting, birdwatching, spending time outdoors, and hanging out with my senior corgi-mix.
