ABOUT GROUP THERAPY
Shared experience. Supported growth.
Group therapy brings people together in a confidential, therapist-led setting. Members can share at their own pace, listen to others, and discover that they are not alone.
Each group has a specific focus and creates opportunities to practice new skills, gain perspective, and build meaningful connection.
