Cassie Cole, She/Her
I believe therapy works best when it feels real. My approach is honest, relational, and grounded in the idea that change happens when people feel safe enough to show up as themselves, without feeling judged, analyzed from a distance, or reduced to a diagnosis. I balance humor, curiosity, and insight, helping people better understand themselves and move toward the life they want to live. I bring a warm, "say-the-quiet-part-out-loud" energy to sessions, gently naming patterns and dynamics that can be difficult to see on your own.

My work is trauma-informed and holistic, rooted in the belief that emotional well-being cannot be separated from our relationships, culture, environment, and the systems we move through every day. I work collaboratively, tailoring therapy to each person’s needs.

I work with adolescents, adults, and couples, and especially enjoy helping people navigate relationship challenges, boundaries, anxiety, addiction, emotional overwhelm, and longstanding patterns that leave them feeling stuck.
A bio on a website can’t fully capture anyone. The best way to know whether we’re a good fit is through the energy that shows up between us in the room.

Outside of therapy land, I live in a tiny house and yurt in the Columbia River Gorge with my spouse and enormous golden retriever. I enjoy hiking, cooking, baking, stand-up comedy, and spending time with my big, loud family.
