Zoë Muller, CSWA, She/Her
Zoë has worked as a clinician in residential treatment facilities and family services both internationally and locally for over 20 years. Her primary focus has been on delivering trauma-informed evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents and their families, and her professional experience includes comprehensive direct care across a wide spectrum of mental health concerns such as anxiety, OCD, attachment disorder, ADHD and neurodivergence. Zoë incorporates concepts and individual modalities associated with life spandevelopment, behavioral change through CBT and ACT, play therapy, Adlerian child guidance, mindfulness and teaching self-regulation and social skills to neurodivergent population. Her client-centered approach focuses on personal strengths and promotes developing individualized coping strategies. She works collaboratively with families, caregivers, educators and other important players in the child’s environment to ensure a wrap-around support system that fosters growth and development.
Zoë believes that parenting is one of the most important roles a person can undertake in their life, and that navigating the unique challenges of this role can be a gateway to a full and meaningful existence. She has extensive experience in providing behavioral support to parents of children with anxiety, OCD and neurodivergence, as well as evidence-based solution-oriented support to families dealing with mental health challenges. Zoe is fluent in Russian.
In her free time Zoë enjoys her family, traveling, reading and exploring the amazing nature of the beautiful Northwest.
