Katherine is a Clinical Social Work Associate with Master’s degrees in both Social Work and Early Childhood Special Education.

As a therapist, Katherine is deeply invested in supporting clients’ capacity to better understand how their emotions and personal history continue to shape their lived experience. Katherine’s practice utilizes components of narrative therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, somatic therapy, and attachment theory. Her approach is strengths-based, trauma-informed, and grounded in an understanding of the power and impact of individual lived experiences, personal identities, and the systems and structures that we live within.

Katherine works primarily with children, adolescents, transitional-aged youth, and their families. In her personal life, Katherine is an artist, a yoga teacher, and an outdoor devotee.”
