Cassie Cole, She/Her
Cassie is a mental health counselor in training with a deeply integrative, person-centered, and holistic approach to therapy. She hopes to create a strong, collaborative, and egalitarian therapeutic relationship with her clients ensuring they feel heard, and respected throughout the process. She fosters awareness and growth in the present moment, helping people explore how their life experiences have shaped their emotional worlds while striving towards forward movement with clarity and confidence. To create lasting transformation, she emphasizes the interconnectedness of emotional, physical, and spiritual health.

By showing up authentically with warmth and curiosity she works to honor a safe space for exploration, using humor and empathy to guide clients toward their goals. She has experience working with individuals of all ages and concerns, particularly children, couples and families. Growing up in a large family with 8 siblings and working as a nanny has allowed her a unique sensitivity to family dynamics and a strong understanding of the importance of supportive relationships. She is interested in helping people navigate their personal and relational challenges, always meeting them where they are at with constant humility and a willingness to remain teachable.
Cassie lives in a tiny house and yurt in the Columbia River Gorge with her spouse and their big golden retriever. She enjoys the art of cooking and baking, stand-up comedy, and spending time with her big, lively and close-knit family.
