We provide a range of therapy services for adults and children, including individual therapy, group therapy, art therapy, and EMDR. Our clinicians use evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, ACT, IFS, and somatic therapies such as Lifespan Integration.

How soon can I start therapy?

We have clinicians available, so once your paperwork is completed, most clients can begin individual therapy right away.

What insurance plans do you accept?

Yes, we accept a variety of insurance plans. You can view our full list of accepted insurances [here] or see the summary below: Commercial Insurance: Kaiser, MODA, Pacific Source, Providence, Regence, Samaritan Health, and Tricare West (Prime, Select, Reserve, etc.) Oregon Health Plan (Medicaid): Open Card, IHN, PSCS, Trillium, UHN, and YCCO If you have Healthshare/Care Oregon, you’ll need to switch your CCO to Trillium. If you have OHP as a secondary insurance, you can switch to Open Card. We also accept clients using HSAs, FSAs, and provide reduced-rate sessions with our graduate-level interns.

Yes. When you reach out or schedule your appointment, we’ll ask a few questions to understand your needs and preferences. Our team will then match you with a therapist who’s the best fit for your goals and availability.

What payments options do you offer if I'm paying out of pocket?

If you’re not using insurance, we can help you understand your self-pay options before you begin. Prior to beginning with PATH we will ask you to upload the payment information to our portal. From there, a payment will be taken following each appointment.

Yes, we do. Our clinicians work with couples and families, and we take a collaborative approach that supports communication, connection, and healing.

Can I cancel or reschedule an appointment if something comes up?

Absolutely. If your plans change, please reach out as soon as you can so we can help you reschedule to telehealth or another day. We appreciate as much notice as possible, and we’ll do our best to find a time that works for you.

What should I bring to my first appointment?

If you were able to complete your forms online, you do not need bring anything.It helps to have a list of concerns or goals you’d like to talk about. If you’re meeting virtually, choose a private space and make sure your device and internet connection are ready.
